Laurence’s artistic journey began with the founding of XLL10, his first solo project and bold foray into rock music. What started as a series of shows soon evolved into a dynamic seven-piece band, culminating in the release of Another Dimension. On this visionary debut, Laurence explored the intersection of rock and spirituality, crafting a genre-spanning sound that reflected both his deep musical knowledge and his commitment to pushing boundaries.

Seeking a more stripped-back, acoustic direction, Laurence later formed The Laurence Levy Band, joined by long-time collaborator and veteran session musician Larry Davids, along with backing vocalist Gerda Fominaite. Though short-lived, the project made a lasting impact, earning over a million streams on Spotify and winning critical praise. Their sole release, Celestial Sun, presents a more introspective and somber meditation on spirituality, transcendence, and awakening — carried by lush acoustic arrangements and a meditative tone.
